What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in NOK.

I just placed an order, when will i get it?
We will be working on your order from the same day you placed the order. Please allow 2-7 days production time for your order.
If you want to know how far in the process the production is, you can go to the section "contact us".

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We do not directly offer returns of the service, since it is not returnable. But if you are not satisfied we will be working on a solution that might be meeting your needs. You can go to the section "contact us" and send us and email about your situation.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order but you must do so within 1 hour of purchase! You must cancel your order before production starts and we have a time limit of one hour before we begin production. You can cancel your order by going to the "contact us" section.

If the time limit has exceeded and you still want to cancel, you can send us an email at the same address and we will inform you if there is a possibility for refund.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

Absolutely! We have a high priority in customer service and we wish all our customer an good experience. You can head on over to the "contact us" section on our website and we will be answering your questions as soon as possible. 
We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.
